The world can be stressful and sometimes we forget the simple joys that a smile can bring.

A smile is a release. A lifted weight from our shoulders. It can lead to laughter, which can lead to a complete change of mood and a new attitude. A smile. Simple. Endowed. The essence of a happy spirit.

The Smile Project sets out to remind us to smile. With the word "Smile" printed on tiny cards and disseminated to the public, it hopes to bring us more smiles and ultimately a happier world.
